It has been revealed that a series of special programs commemorating the 45th anniversary of singer-songwriter and producer Toshiki Kadomatsu's debut will be broadcast and streamed on WOWOW starting in June.
The first installment of the "Toshiki Kadomatsu 45th Anniversary WOWOW Special" series, "Toshiki Kadomatsu TOSHIKI KADOMATSU 40th Anniversary Live ACT-1," will be broadcast and streamed on WOWOW Live and WOWOW On Demand from 7 PM on June 10th. This is a recording of the 40th-anniversary concert held five years ago, on June 19, 2021, at Yokohama Arena (Kohoku-ku, Yokohama City). It is "ACT-1," the first part of the lengthy concert which spanned over five hours and was divided into three parts. "ACT-2" of the same concert will be broadcast and streamed on WOWOW Live and WOWOW On Demand from 8:15 PM on June 10th, and "ACT-3" from 10:15 PM on June 10th (all will be available for archive streaming for one month after their broadcast).
Following this, "MILAD 1," which evolved from the ACT-2 prototype, will be broadcast and streamed on WOWOW Live and WOWOW On Demand from 7 PM on June 11th, and "MILAD 2," from 2023, from 10 PM on June 11th (all will be available for archive viewing for one month after the broadcast ends).
Furthermore, the "35th Anniversary Special: Encounters in Music," which aired 10 years ago, is scheduled to be broadcast and streamed in July. This will be a great opportunity to "prepare" for the 45th anniversary live concert to be held at Yokohama Arena on June 27, 2026, by thoroughly reviewing the trajectory of Kadomatsu's stage performances. Details regarding the broadcast and streaming dates of the special program will be announced sequentially.
