The fourth episode of the TV anime "Atelier of Witch Hat," based on the manga by Kamome Shirahama, titled "An Encounter in Karun," will air on TOKYO MX and other channels starting April 27th.
To provide Coco, who has officially become his apprentice, with magical materials just for her, Keyfrey takes Coco and the other apprentices to the magic materials shop, Hoshi no Tsurugi, in the wizarding town of Karn. However, while they are there, Coco spots the mysterious "wizard with the wide-brimmed hat" she met when she was a child, and she immediately runs out of the shop.
"Atelier of Witch Hat" tells the story of Coco, a girl from a small village who longed to be a wizard but had given up on her dream. One day, she witnesses a wizard named Kieffrey using magic when he visits her village, and learns a big secret... The manga began serialization in "Monthly Morning Two" (Kodansha) in 2016, and the cumulative circulation of the comic books exceeds 7.5 million copies. The anime is directed by Ayumu Watanabe, known for "Children of the Sea" and "Nikuko-chan of the Fishing Port," and produced by BUG FILMS, known for "Zom 100: 100 Things I Want to Do Before I Become a Zombie" and "Summer Time Rendering."
