The opening sequence features the opening theme song "Transparent" by the band Novelbright, and depicts the morning as Koyuki and Miki head to school together, with Minato and Yota joining them along the way, bringing the four of them to school together. The sequence also shows the four of them after school, buying snacks with the setting sun in the background, having fun at a family restaurant, and then taking photos and doodling in a photo sticker booth.
The ending video features the ending theme "Sakasa" by the band Polkadot Stingray. The anime is directed by Mankyu and produced by Studio KAI. Anna Nagase voices Koyuki Koyuki, Fuka Izumi voices Miki Azumi, Shoya Chiba voices Minato Amemiya, and Keishi Inomata voices Yota Hino. It began airing on TBS on April 2nd.
