It was announced on March 20th that an original TV anime project by director Kazuhiro Takamura, known for anime such as "Strike Witches" and "Vividred Operation," has begun. The TV anime will air in 2026. A teaser visual with the tagline "Engine, start!" has been released.
Director Takamura commented, "I like cute girls. I like cool mechs. I like anime. My talented staff have worked hard to create my original anime 'Vertex Force,' which is packed with all the things I love. Yay! 'Mechs and pretty girls' still have a lot of potential...I think. Please check it out."
