It has been revealed that Yomiuri TV's evening news program "Kansai Joho Net ten." (Kansai local, Monday-Friday 3:50pm) will be revamped from March 23rd, with announcer Natsumi Adachi joining Shinobu Nakatani as the new main Caster. Chiaki Kuroki, who left the program on the 17th, served as the main Caster on Mondays and Tuesdays, but Adachi will be the main anchor on Tuesdays, and Nakatani will be the main Caster on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Furthermore, first-year announcer Yoshizawa Maya has been chosen as the sub- Caster for Thursdays and Fridays. The sub- Caster for Mondays and Tuesdays will be different announcers from Yomiuri TV each day, with Watanabe Mikiya serving as the sub- Caster on Wednesdays. Masuda Haruna will be in charge of the Tuesday live broadcast segment "Oshanpo," and Fujioka Soga will be in charge of the Thursday live broadcast segment "Shunkan Chukei."
Yoshizawa said, "When I heard the news, I was so surprised that I asked, 'Is that really true?' two or three times. Now that it's gradually sinking in, I feel a great sense of responsibility.
