It has been announced that a fair featuring anime created by manga artist Rumiko Takahashi,"Rumiko Takahashi Original Story/Original Idea x Sunrise Brand Works Fair ~We Are Connected to Tomorrow~," will be held at six stores in Sunrise World, which sells original goods related to Sunrise anime and exhibits materials, from March 14th. The fair commemorates the broadcast of the TV anime "MAO," based on Takahashi's latest work, which will begin airing on NHK General TV from April 4th.
The store will sell new original products using newly drawn key visuals from the three works "Inuyasha," "Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon," and "MAO," as well as art prints that come with a set of the original drawings and finished illustrations from each work. As a bonus for every 3,000 yen spent, a newly drawn miniature colored paper will be distributed. One of three designs featuring characters from the three works drawn by Yoshihito Hishinuma will be randomly selected as a gift.
At TOKYO (Toshima Ward, Tokyo), the latest visual for "MAO," past promotional posters for "Inuyasha" and "Hanyou no Yashahime" and original colored paper illustrations by Takahashi will be on display.
