A new economics program, "Unparalleled: From Japan to the World" (TV Tokyo), hosted by Masayasu Wakabayashi of the comedy duo "Audrey," will begin airing every Wednesday at 11:06 pm starting in April. The variety program "Achikochi Audrey," currently airing in the same time slot, will "move" to midnight every Tuesday.
"Unparalleled: From Japan to the World" is an economic talk show that focuses on "Japanese challengers" who continue to go beyond conventional wisdom with their unique technologies and ideas, and delves into social issues and the cutting edge of technological innovation from multiple angles. Wakabayashi uses his unique perspective to interact with business leaders and carefully uncover their thoughts and backgrounds.
The program was decided to be broadcast regularly after a pilot episode was recorded before Wakabayashi took a break.
