The eighth episode of Fuji TV's Monday Getsuku drama "Delinquent to Doctor " starring Kanna Hashimoto was broadcast on March 2nd. The unexpected turn of events between Reina (Rio Uchida) and Otomo (Takuma Otoo) caused a stir on social media.

When an aneurysm was discovered, Reina requested catheter surgery rather than craniotomy, as this would shorten the hospital stay and speed up recovery. However, Koonami (Hashimoto) was on suspension and was unable to perform the surgery, so Otomo performed Reina's surgery.
After the surgery, while Reina and Koonami were talking in the hospital room, Otomo came in and asked, "Reina, how are you feeling?" As soon as Reina saw Otomo's face, her expression turned happy and she said, "I'm feeling much better now," while touching her hair. Reina continued, "It was a difficult surgery, but Koonami told me that she was able to leave it to Dr. Otomo without any worries because he was the surgeon."
Otomo confidently replied, "I told you so. You're a genius neurosurgeon, Dr. Otomo." Reina then held Otomo's hand tightly and expressed her gratitude, looking up, saying, "You saved my life, Doctor. Thank you so much."
Koonami looked surprised by Reina's action. As Otomo left the hospital room, she immediately retorted, "Reina. Seriously?" Reina smiled and said, "That was the first time in my life that someone said that to me (from Otomo). He said, 'You have a beautiful brain.' That's the highest compliment I could ever receive."

The script is written by Nonji Nemoto, who also wrote the NHK Asadora drama "Omusubi," in which Hashimoto starred.
