It has been revealed that an original illustration drawn for a collaboration project between manga artist Yazawa Ai, known for works such as "No Angel" and "NANA," and "Yebisu Beer" (Sapporo Beer) will grace the cover of the special April issue of women's fashion magazine "BAILA" (Shueisha), which goes on sale on February 27th. Yazawa has drawn a modern update of the Yebisu Beer beautiful woman poster that has been in circulation since the Meiji era.
The issue includes an interview in which Yazawa talks about the female figures in her illustrations, as well as a message to readers.
The regular edition of this issue features actress Mayu Hotta on the cover.
