She will hold her final live concert, "OVER THE RAINBOW at Nippon Budokan," at Nippon Budokan (Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo) on March 11, 2027, and will end her musical career after this performance.
On the 8th, it was announced that the second season of "Liella!'s Chu to Riella!!," the first terrestrial TV program to feature the school idol group Liella! from "Love Live! Despite only being released in 73 theaters, it debuted in 4th place in the weekend audience rankings (according to Kogyo Tsushinsha).

On the 13th, it was announced that the popular webtoon "I Was Reincarnated as a Fat Villainess, and for some reason, I'm Obsessed with the Final Boss Prince" will be adapted into a TV anime. It was also announced that Haruka Shiraishi will play the role of Celine, the former fat villain, and Takeo Otsuka will play Wilfred, the yandere final boss prince. The anime will be produced by Studio Rings, which also produced "I Want to Eat You, Monster."
On the 13th, it was announced that a project will be launched to commemorate the 10th anniversary of director Tetsuro Araki's original anime "Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress" which will be broadcast in April this year. The project will be themed around "The Ten-Year Journey of the Iron Fortress" and will involve a plan to retrace the 10 years of the series.
On the 13th, it was announced that Haruka Kawachi's manga "Tear Rain and Serenade," which was serialized in "Kiss" (Kodansha) for about 11 years and reached its final chapter in November 2025, will be made into a TV anime in 2027.
On the 14th, a screening of the first episode of "Mobile Police Patlabor EZY," a new anime adaptation of the popular "Mobile Police Patlabor" series, entitled "The Trend is #SecondPlatoon," was held at Musashino Public Hall (Musashino City, Tokyo). The production of "Mobile Police Patlabor EZY" was announced in 2017, and the pilot film was released in 2022. Nearly nine years after the announcement, the first episode has finally been unveiled. Director Yutaka Izubuchi spoke about the new work.
