The husband-and-wife duo Humbert Humbert will be appearing on the music and talk show "Laughing and Falling with Humbert Humbert♪," which will be broadcast on NHK General TV from 6:05 p.m. on February 23rd.
"Waratari tsurodori" is the theme song for the TV drama series "Bakeke," with its memorable opening line, "Every day is filled with hardships." The warm sound and lyrics that fit the story have garnered great popularity and sympathy from a wide range of generations. The program will welcome the two songwriters to the studio, along with the comedy duo "Asagaya Sisters" who appear in "Bakeke," Iwasaki Udai, and submissions from viewers, to delve into the secrets behind how "Waratari tsurodori" was created and why it touches people's hearts.
In addition, we will be releasing a special preview of the Shimane performance, the first day of the ongoing national tour.
In the Kansai region and Shimane prefecture, a 45-minute extended version, "Let's Talk More About Laughing and Falling with Humbert Humbert♪" will be broadcast. It will start at 1:05 PM on March 1st in the Kansai region and at 7:57 PM on March 13th in the Shimane prefecture area.
