The main visual for the TV anime " Tamon's B-Side ", based on the manga by Hana to Yume Yuki Shiwasu currently being serialized in "Hana to Yume" (Hakusensha), has been released. The visual depicts members of the idol group "F/ACE," which was born from the series, dressed in special sparkling costumes and bathed in dazzling light. It was also announced that "F/ACE" will be performing the theme song for the TV anime.
The "Fan Meeting Anime Advance Screening" will be held at Shinjuku Piccadilly (Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo) on December 13th. Saori Hayami , who plays Utage Kinoshita , and Kakeru Hatano Tamon Fukuhara, will appear on stage, and the first two episodes of the TV anime will be screened in advance. "Chibi Character Stickers" featuring deformed character designs will be distributed at the venue.
The story is about the protagonist, a high school student named Utage Kinoshita, who one day goes to work as a housekeeper at the home of Tamon Fukuhara Tamon, a member of the hugely popular idol group "F/ACE" that she supports. However, Tamon's true nature is the complete opposite of his sexy and wild idol image, as he has low self-esteem, and she ends up supporting him with all her might.
The anime will be directed by Chika Nagaoka and produced by JCSTAFF. Hayami will play the main character, Utage Kinoshita, while Hatano, Shoya Chiba, Tasuku Hatanaka, Kohei Amasaki, and Ryuho Nagaoka will play the members of "F/ACE." It will begin airing in January 2026.
